This seminar will teach you how to nail down your company’s value proposition and give tips on how to develop a strong, detailed business plan in less than 25 pages!

Kevin E. Yousie, President, Crosswater Partners & Assistant Professor, University of Toronto is President of Crosswater Partners, a management consultancy specializing in business strategy and organizational development. Through Crosswater Partners Kevin has worked with public and private-sector leaders from more than 60 countries. He also holds the rank of Assistant Professor (part-time) at the University of Toronto where he teaches Strategic Management and International Business. He has served on a number of boards including the board of the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), an Institute of Corporate Directors certified director (ICD.D), and a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB).
Gerry Hunchak, Partner, Consulting, Business Development Bank of Canada, has over 15 years of consulting experience, the past seven years with BDC. He has provided professional services to a diverse client base from new company start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to consulting, Gerry was the president of Alberto Culver Canada Inc and Division Vice President of Helene Curtis Ltd. Both international companies now dominate their product categories within the Canadian marketplace. Some of Gerry’s areas of expertise include finance, planning, market development, human resources and management.
Angella Hughes, President, CEO & Director, Xogen Technologies Inc., is the President and CEO of Xogen, and has over 10 years of senior management experience. Prior to Xogen, Ms. Hughes was a Member of the Technical Staff for The Boeing Company (now Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne). She provided 13 years of oversight in the manufacturing of components for hydrogen/oxygen rocket propulsion systems for the Space Shuttle and the XRS 2200. She is a director of Headwaters Healthcare Centre and an industry advisor to Seneca College, School of Electronic Engineering Technology.
